Refund policy
At Rawaj, your satisfaction is our priority.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video of the item. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund.
- 2. Change of mind: You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. The return delivery fee is paid by the customer.
- 3. Inspection at delivery: Since we offer Cash on Delivery, you can check the package before paying. If something is wrong, you may refuse the parcel.
- 4. Refunds: Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund will be sent by bank transfer within 7 business days.
- 5. Non-returnable items: Used items, items without original packaging, and opened incense/bakhoor refills.
